12-1 pm | Below Coping with Desiree

1-2 pm | Open Ramp

2-3 pm | Above Coping with Matt (Slide blocks are mandatory)

Miniramp @ Sunshine Rollers Skate Shop - 3 Timothy Ave N Unit 1, Hanwell NB

What to expect:

"Below Coping with Desiree" will include pumping, carving, 180's and toe stop stalls below coping. This is an excellent way to warm up to our mini ramp and practice some ramp funamentals!

"Open Ramp" will be unstructured access to our mini ramp. This session is limited to (6) skaters.

"Above Coping with Matt" will focus on dropping in and working on frontside stalls. For those comfortable, we can progress to 180's back into the ramp from frontside stalls. (Slide blocks are mandatory)

Required Equipment:

☀️ Certified Helmet - ASTM 1492 (Mandatory)

☀️ Knee Pads, Elbow Pads, and Wrist Guards (Mandatory)

☀️ Roller Skates - Plastic skate trucks are NOT permitted for use on the ramp
