Shipping Policy

Fulfillment
Non-stock items: Some products are not kept in stock and may be on the way to us. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for fulfillment before shipment.


Custom items

Fully custom orders, such as personalized skates, require longer fulfillment times. These timelines are coordinated with customers directly prior to purchase via email.
Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping (Canada)
Once shipped, standard flat rate shipping within Canada typically takes 3–12 business days. This is our usual timeframe but not an absolute guarantee, as delivery is managed by the carrier.

Estimated delivery
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier once the order has shipped. Delivery dates are estimates only. Fulfillment and shipping are separate; the time it takes for a package to reach you depends on the carrier.

Tracking
Tracking information becomes available once the carrier receives and scans the package.
Carrier responsibility
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines, tracking updates, and delays are managed by the carrier. We do not control carrier transit times.

Order changes or cancellations
Once an order has been placed and fulfillment has begun, we are unable to cancel, modify, or upgrade the shipment.

International / U.S. shipping
Customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or other fees applied by their government at customs. These fees are determined by the customer’s federal government at the border, are unknown to us, and are between the customer and customs. We are not affiliated with or responsible for these charges.
