Kids' Learn to Skate (Level 1 + 2) - Ages 7-13

Some parts of the class will be together, and some will be split up by our two instructors, so everyone can learn at the right pace!

Class Schedule:
6 Week Program on Tuesday's 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm:
DATES: January 13th, January 20th, January 27th February 3rd, February 10th & February 17th

Location:
The Cultural Centre in The Multi-Purpose Room, Fredericton NB
  • Floor surface is concrete

 

Level 1 Skills include:

  • Standing up and safely falling

  • Skating forward

  • Transitions (changing direction)

  • One-foot balance

  • Bunny hops

  • Intro to crossovers

Level 2 Skills include:

  • Skating backward

  • Shoot the duck

  • Bunny hops

  • 180° jumps

  • Crossovers

 

Required Equipment:

Need rental skates or a rental helmet? Don't forget to add your rentals to your cart prior to checking out!

Refund Policy

  • All program registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • We do not offer partial refunds for missed classes.

  • In the event of a program cancellation or disruption due to unforeseen circumstances (such as provincial COVID-19 restrictions, severe weather events such as snowstorms, or facility issues such as power outages), affected classes will be rescheduled to a later date whenever possible.

  • If the program does not meet the minimum enrolment requirement (8 registrants), a full refund will be issued.
