RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

Items that may NOT be returned or exchanged:

☀️ Used/worn skates

☀️ Custom boots (this includes custom colours, widths, sizes, etc)

☀️ Custom mounted boots

☀️ Custom skate packages (skates for which you have selected the components separately and had mounted)

☀️ Special order items

☀️ Non-stock items

☀️ Items that state in the product description that they may not be returned nor exchanged

☀️ Sale, clearance, and closeout items

☀️ Gift Certificates

☀️ If you are unsure if your purchase will be return-able please contact us in advance to find out

 

EXCHANGES

☀️ We will exchange items that do not fit properly, but they must be unworn and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging

☀️ The customer is responsible for all shipping charges

☀️ Any items returned not in perfect, new on-the-shelf condition will be returned to the customer at their expense

☀️ If you order the wrong size in a stock boot or skate, you are responsible for shipping

☀️ If we sent the wrong size - Let us know and we will cover the shipping cost and get you the right item, as soon as we receive the incorrect item from you

 

RETURNS

☀️ The customer is responsible for all shipping fees

☀️ Once we receive the item we will credit your card, minus the shipping costs and any import fees  

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

☀️ We will replace the damaged item, but we must receive the damaged item back before store credit, exchange, or refund is issued

☀️ Damage to packaging, minor factory defects or cosmetic defects are excluded from our damaged/defective merchandise policy

☀️ Email des@sunshinerollers.ca  for damaged product return instructions. Please DO NOT ship anything to us without first notifying us

 

SHIPPING & IMPORT FEES

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

 ☀️We use reliable carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx.

 Estimated delivery times after tracking is received:
   - Within Canada: 3–8 business days
   - USA & International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs delays)

 International customers (including the USA) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply. These are not included in your purchase and vary by country.

 If you refuse to pay import fees and the package is returned to us:
   - Return shipping and any fees we are charged (including customs/import fees) will be deducted from your refund
   - If the fees exceed the order value, we may be unable to issue a refund

 Please check with your country’s customs office for more information on potential import charges before placing an order.
