RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Items that may NOT be returned or exchanged:
Used/worn skates
Custom boots (this includes custom colours, widths, sizes, etc)
Custom mounted boots
Custom skate packages (skates for which you have selected the components separately and had mounted)
Special order items
Non-stock items
Items that state in the product description that they may not be returned nor exchanged
Sale, clearance, and closeout items
Gift Certificates
If you are unsure if your purchase will be return-able please contact us in advance to find out
EXCHANGES
We will exchange items that do not fit properly, but they must be unworn and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges
Any items returned not in perfect, new on-the-shelf condition will be returned to the customer at their expense
If you order the wrong size in a stock boot or skate, you are responsible for shipping
If we sent the wrong size - Let us know and we will cover the shipping cost and get you the right item, as soon as we receive the incorrect item from you
RETURNS
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees
Once we receive the item we will credit your card, minus the shipping costs
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We will replace the damaged item, but we must receive the damaged item back before store credit, exchange, or refund is issued
Damage to packaging, minor factory defects or cosmetic defects are excluded from our damaged/defective merchandise policy
