RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used or worn skates
Custom boots (including custom colours, widths, or sizes)
Custom-mounted boots
Custom skate packages (skates built from individually selected components)
Special order or non-stock items (items not regularly stocked in our shop and brought in specifically for you after full payment)
Items noted in their description as final sale
Sale, clearance, or closeout items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available on these items.
Gift certificates
If you’re unsure whether your purchase is eligible for return or exchange, please contact us before ordering to confirm.
EXCHANGES
We’re happy to exchange items that don’t fit properly. To qualify, items must be in brand-new, unworn condition and include all original packaging.
Items may be tried on for fit indoors. We recommend trying skates on a carpeted surface to avoid marks. Items must not show any signs of wear or use.
The customer is responsible for shipping both ways in the case of an exchange.
Items returned in less-than-new condition will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
If we sent the wrong size, we will cover shipping both ways and send the correct item once the incorrect item is received.
RETURNS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping and any import fees.
If a returned package incurs fees that exceed the value of the order, the remaining balance will be zero and no refund will be issued.
We recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering, as fees can vary.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are final sale.
Damaged or defective merchandise is still covered under our Damaged or Defective Merchandise policy.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. However, we must receive the damaged item before issuing store credit, an exchange, or a refund.
Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if there are any issues. Photos of the damage or defect may be required before a return is approved.
Please note:
Damage to packaging, minor factory imperfections, or cosmetic blemishes are not covered under this policy.

SHIPPING & IMPORT FEES
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
We use reliable carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS.
Delivery timelines are as stated in the shipping information provided with your order.
International customers (including the USA) are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in your purchase and vary by country.
If you refuse to pay import fees and the package is returned to us, return shipping and any fees incurred (including customs/import fees) will be deducted from your refund.
