Roller Nights

Waiver & Liability: All participants and spectators must sign a digital waiver upon entering. You are not permitted to wear skates prior to filling out a waiver. This includes arriving on skates. You may not wear roller skates until your waiver is signed. Skating is at your own risk. Sunshine Rollers is not responsible for any injuries during the event.

No Refunds: Please review all charges before payment. All payments are final. Admission and rental fees are non-refundable. If an error occurs, notify staff immediately so it can be corrected at the time of purchase, including cash pricing or change mistakes. We do not adjust transactions or issue refunds after a customer leaves the admission area.

Skating Safety: Safety is our top priority. Anyone creating unsafe skating conditions may be removed without refund. Unsafe behavior includes skating against traffic, cutting through groups without looking, playing tag, piggyback rides, or horseplay. Alcohol use, marijuana use, and the use of drugs that may impair your ability to skate safely are not permitted before or during skating.

Equipment Use: We reserve the right to inspect and reject any personal equipment deemed unsafe at any time. Strollers and wagons are permitted 4 - 6 pm. After 6 pm, we may not be able to accommodate strollers or wagons depending on floor capacity.

Helmet Requirement: Skaters 12 and under must wear a helmet at all times while on skates. Helmets can only be removed when seated or in shoes.

Supervision: Guests age 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We recommend a supervision ratio of 1 adult for every 4 minors.

Photography & Video: Sunshine Rollers and other guests may take photographs and record video at the venue. By entering our public space, you acknowledge and accept that you may be photographed or recorded.

Rental Skate Rules: Socks are required with rental skates. Bare feet are not permitted, please bring socks from home.

No food or drinks (except water) while wearing rental skates.

Treat rental skates with care. Do not use toe stops while moving forward, drag skates on the floor, or make any tool adjustments.

The renter is responsible for lost or deliberately damaged skates.

Do not leave rental skates unattended at any time.

Sunshine Rollers may revoke rental use without refund and may refuse rentals to anyone causing excessive wear to equipment.

Birthday Parties: Planning a birthday party with us? Please contact us in advance at info@sunshinerollers.ca to confirm whether the venue is suitable for food, cake, and gifts. Some of our venues allow parties by reservation only, while others may not permit party setups due to space or facility restrictions.

Please note: Latex balloons are not permitted due to a severe allergy on our team. Vinyl or foil balloons are welcome.

Event Cancellation & Credits: If an event is cancelled or unable to continue due to weather, power outages, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, admission paid at the door will be issued as a credit toward an upcoming Sunshine Rollers event. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
